Bacon Brown Sugar Smokies

Bacon brown sugar smokies! I don’t know about you guys, but I grew up with my mom making these for just about every church event we went to!

That is, if I didn’t get to them first…haha! Seriously though, these little smokies are SO delicious and will want to make them every chance you get!

I can guarantee you that they will be gone in no time! Now that’s saying something!


  • 1 package Beef Smokies
  • 1 lb Bacon, cut in half
  • 1 CUP Brown sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cover a cookie sheet with foil and spray the pan like crazy with non stick spray.
  3. Cut bacon in half and wrap each strip around a little smokie sausage and stab with toothpick.
  4. Place on pan and top each smoke with a hefty amount of brown sugar.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and the brown sugar is all bubbly.
